I’d love to share a bit about myself because I believe creating a connection is crucial to making this a safe place for therapy. I’ve always had a deep passion for helping others—call it empathy or just a curiosity about the human mind. My thing is helping people release pent-up emotions, work through old traumas, and transform behaviour patterns that no longer fit. Basically, I’m all about watching people bloom and become the best versions of themselves.

Through my personal healing journey, I’ve learned some valuable truths. Healing isn’t a linear path; it’s a continuous, lifelong process. There’s no defined destination; it’s an ongoing journey of growth, unlearning, and discovery at every phase of life. Additionally, I’ve come to understand that no two healing journeys are the same. Each of us carries unique experiences, cultures, beliefs, and personalities, shaping our distinct ways of processing and healing.

Ultimately, I firmly believe that healing is about returning to our wholeness, our authentic selves—the essence beneath all the layers. It’s a journey of remembering who we are at our core, embracing our true essence.

Meet Natalie,

Your devoted holistic therapist
and guide to self-healing.

With 13 years of experience in counselling and therapeutic work, Natalie has a keen eye for seamlessly blending playfulness with embodiment to create experiences that deeply transform those she works with.

Natalie holds a master’s degree in psychology, which gives her a strong foundation in understanding the complexities of the human mind and emotions.

She leverages this knowledge, along with specialised training in play therapy, to create dynamic and transformative therapy experiences. Additionally, Natalie is a certified hypnotherapist with the IMDHA (International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association), which adds an extra layer of expertise to her integrated approach.

During the pandemic’s challenging times in 2020, Natalie discovered the incredible potential of Breathwork as an embodied healing modality.
She recognized its immense power to go beyond traditional talk- therapy in the realm of trauma work. Inspired to delve deeper, Natalie embarked on training with Breathwork Africa and achieved international certification as an Advanced Breathwork practitioner in February 2022. This accomplishment marked a turning point in her holistic therapy journey, as it empowered her with a new set of tools and techniques to foster deep healing and personal growth.

Today, Natalie is blending the profound impact of breathwork with her background in psychology, hypnosis, and play therapy to create personalized and holistic healing experiences.

Her unique fusion of therapeutic modalities allows her to craft transformative experiences that support clients in their journey towards well-being and self-discovery.
