Instead of trying to override them or push through them, we work by bringing awareness to what is happening beneath the surface.

With over 13 years of experience in the field, she is passionate about supporting and empowering individuals of all ages on their journey towards healing and holistic wellness.
Natalie holds a master’s degree in psychology and has formal training in therapeutic play.
She has recently incorporated hypnotherapy and breathwork into her offerings, expanding her tools to guide you towards personal growth and transformation.
Natalie’s approach is collaborative, working together with her clients to co-create a healing experience using these various methods.
